48–HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY / RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Less than 24 hours' notice, no-call/no-show, or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
